not compatible with each other.

version of the QuickBooks Desktop.

manager is not running.
Method For Troubleshooting The POS Unexpected Errors:
1.
Make sure that the version of POS
is updated.

Open Windows Explorer
and select all the files and click the Delete button.
·
Now re-launch the QBPOS and
finish registration and go to the product update window.
·
Now select POS as products and
install manually.
2.
Add New Windows Admin User.
·
Click on the Windows
start tab Enter user accounts and choose Enter button.
·
Click Manage User Accounts
and hit manage other account and select Create a new account.
·
If the error still
doesn’t get resolved encounters then toggle settings named UAC.
3.
Restart the QBPOS and
fix compatibility.

Close QBPOS and
hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE
·
Now choose the option Processes
and go to the column title named Image Name to sort alphabetically.

Locate QBPOS.exe
and right click on it and click the End process button.
·
Now close the Task
Manager and again POS.
4.
Resolve QBPOS system
compatibility problem.

Right-click on the POS
icon and select Troubleshoot Compatibility Button.
·
Click on Try
Recommendation and follow the instructions.

Now reboot the system
and launch POS.
